Purpose & Scope
At Merizek Engineering Works, we are committed to protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in all our products and services—including our “Baby Naming Ceremony Wishes” app. This page describes our policies, processes, and points of contact for child safety compliance worldwide.
Published Safety Standards

Zero Tolerance Policy: Any content depicting child sexual abuse or exploitation is strictly prohibited.
Age‑Verification: We do not knowingly collect personal data from users under 13. Where applicable, we implement age‑gating and parental consent flows.
In‑App Reporting: Users can report any suspected CSAE material directly within the app; reports are routed to our Trust & Safety team within 1 hour.
Content Moderation: All user‑generated content is scanned by both automated detection tools and human reviewers trained to identify CSAE indicators.
Data Protection: Sensitive data (images, messages) is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES‑256).
Third‑Party Compliance: We require any service providers (CDNs, AI‑moderation APIs) to comply with our CSAE standards and undergo annual audits.

Automated Detection: Integration with industry‑leading CSAE detection engines (e.g. Microsoft PhotoDNA, Google’s SafeSearch).
Human Review: 24/7 global moderation workforce, trained to escalate high‑risk reports to senior investigators.
Retention & Logging: All moderation actions and user reports are logged for a minimum of 3 years to support law‑enforcement requests.
Incident Response: CSAE incidents are triaged and remediated within 24 hours; critical incidents trigger a “hot‑wash” review.
Training & Awareness: Quarterly training for all employees on CSAE compliance, data privacy, and legal reporting obligations.
